The Captain’s Table Package is a one-of-a-kind dock-to-dinner adventure that turns your fishing trip into an unforgettable evening. After your charter with Capt. Doc’s Fishing Charters, we clean and filet your catch, then bring the party to you.
That’s right — we come to your home, RV, or beach rental and take care of everything.
Capt. Troy is a Cajun-trained chef and pit boss who knows how to turn a fresh catch into a finger-licking-good meal. We’ll cook your fish on site with multiple menu options available (call us for details), handle the setup, cooking, and cleanup — you just eat, relax, and enjoy the moment.
And when dinner’s done? We don’t stop there. We can also provide the music and sound setup to help you unwind, kick back, or dance the night away under the Texas sky.

Capt. Doc’s supplies everything needed to get that special catch of the day. We use only Lew’s light tackle spinning rod and reels that are strong enough to pull in 30lb bull reds! We provide all the tackle and bait for you trip as well.
What you need to bring is a Texas saltwater fishing license (available at Texas License Connection ) A one day all water license is $11. Also bring any snacks or drinks you’d like. An ice chest will be provided. No glass bottles allowed on boat.
